Thanks-giving is my favorite holiday, a day to remind myself of all the things I'm grateful for and the opportunity to evoke that high vibrational frequency in others as well. Most of us pack up our belongings, hop on transportation and travel to a location to join the other counter-parts of our family during this 4 day weekend. Some people gather to play games, to talk and catch up with the year's stories and other to just be present with their family. Then predictably we cook huge and delicious meals all day just to sit down and gorge for a quick 45 minutes or so. Then the coma settles in, our buts plop down on the couch and either pass out – watch TV or clean up, whichever is most rewarding. Years and years go by and the tradition stays the same. Sure new people stop in, locations may change but the sameness is always there. Many years ago, I insisted that before the grace we hold hands and go around the room saying what we were grateful for that year, and it became so rewarding that now we do it every year and no one can even remember that this hasn't been a tradition forever. This little moment in time, sparks the presence in everyone's soul while they wait in anticipation for their turn to say what their grateful for. Sure some people might not elaborate and share simple comments like they are grateful the food or the company, but the beauty surfaces when those of us dip into the soul and say what we are truly grateful for like surviving this year or for the opportunity to know their parent that just passed away. If done with sincerity, with each spoken token of gratitude a welling of magical energy shows up and with everyone contributing through the vulnerability of their honesty, a close and intimate connection with each of the people at the table magnifies. Usually by the time we wrap up one or everyone is crying, through joy, through gratitude and the space that has generated such honesty and loving gratitude, its amazingly sweet. Then someone chokes up and says, "okay time to eat" and so the chow down begins, but that piece of time will be etched in the memory of that holiday forever, the contribution that everyone at that table made to and for each other. The Truth Behind America’s Bottled Water Industry - Just a big game of Telephone!

Oh Look! Another article about how tap water is no better than bottled water. I just picked up the feed on The Truth Behind America’s Bottled Water Industry, By Jeannette Brown on Oct. 1, 2007 and right off the bat, I see this is an article from 2007, so its old news... or is it? Why is the NEW UNIVERSITY saying that it news for October 5, 2009? When not only is this not news, its line after line of regurgitated propoganda and to prove it to you, I'm going to regurgitate some FACTS for you... I know, I know its a new concept... truth behind the words... research and homework and not just copied from a line of sources where no one even knows where the truth began, kind of like our childhood game called Telephone... keep repeating it until when you're done, you've got TAP WATER is GOOD FOR YOU, NOT!

In 2007 Jeannette Brown writes,

1. A generation of young Americans has been brought up to drink only bottled water when not too long ago their parents relied exclusively on tap water.

Well, that's because when we grew up we could rely on tap water, there wasn't pesticides, chemicals, prescription drugs ( Widespread Trace-Level Contamination Found In U.S. Water Supply, AP Investigation Shows) and worms floating around in our water. These days the ground is a septic tank for what lands in the soil, and the generic filter provided for municipal water isn't small enough to clear out the bacteria and pharmecueticals, that have landed in the water used for your tap. EW! Actually, I take it back, I don't even think I drank tap water when I was younger. That picture makes me want to be sick. Today people have filters for their tap water, show of hands (comments) how many people drink straight tap water and are exited about it?

2. Sadly, many people in the world have no access to clean water of any kind but in the United States, Americans can take their pick from water flown in from countries including France, Fiji and Italy. It is also important to remember that bottled water requires big ships, trains and trucks to ship it, which causes more pollution.

She makes a statement that is so vague and yet her point is what? Americans get choices? And that is a bad thing? Has she looked at the soda aisle, the tea aisle, the coffee aisle, the MARKET? This is what we do, we offer the best of everything so why is that a double standard for water? I started in my career not in bottled water and as a consumer,and even then I always bought bottled water because water is healthy and tap water is gross. But it seems according to this and almost every article or blog I read About bottled water bags on the same thing… how bottled water drinkers should be stuck drinking the crap tap. As a wine drinker, should I be only allowed to drink Boons Farm too? I never really read blogs about how ridiculous this double standard is, and that’s exactly what it is, FOOLISHNESS.

Now, we get to the good stuff. She says “In fact” – where are these facts? Are they printed or even quoted somewhere? Here’s an article for you, that shows you the FACTS that tap water is NOT safer. And she goes on to say -Simply put, people have been convinced that bottled water is somehow healthier when in reality there are no results to suggest that such a claim is true. Well I don’t know what planet Jeannette is living on, try googling ” tap water that damages” and to make it easy for you, I’ve found a few RESULTS that Jeannette claims weren’t available and to her defense, she did write this two years ago. So maybe New University should hire another writer to re-write the story.

4. While the bottled water industry is not likely to slow down any time soon, consumers can do their best to ensure that they do not damage the environment with the numerous plastic bottles that are being purchased each year.

While it seems she is attempting to support the environment, she is actually just asking people to change their own preferences based on no other solutions and that just isn’t the case. Don’t let people push you into shame or guilt about your choices, put your green cape on and...

Join the Recycle-ution! You can enjoy your plastic bottles, just don’t litter! Make sure you are responsible for your waste. Let us drink bottled water with dignity, it sure beats being a drunk, a sugar junkie or a coffee fiend. Water is the source of life, and supports us – we are all made up of 70% water – so let’s stop bastardizing water and the people who have dedicated their time to bring it to you. Here's a letter from a concerned consumer to recent NY Times article:

Dear Mr. Archibold,
I read your article on my blackberry while lying in bed this morning and literally had to get up and hit my PC to thank you for this story.

My name is Sharon Lindsey and I am a resident of Los Angeles, living in Marina Del Rey, I am immune compromised having been hospitalized for it several years ago and am very lucky to be alive today. Over recent months it has become quite "fashionable" for lack of a better term for the media to slam all bottled water companies and even go so far as to say that tap water is as safe as bottled. This is not accurate, in fact, municipal tap water can be dangerous and even life-threatening to someone like me who has to be very careful about the water I put into my body. Your article confirmed my belief stating that the American Society of Civil Water Engineers gave the nation at D-rating when it comes to taking care of drinking water facilities.

As a resident of Los Angeles I am a customer of the Los Angeles Water and Power Company. Each year by Federal law, all city municipalities are required to send their customers a report on the water quality. In August on 2008, I read the LADWP report and was stunned to find a bolded paragraph on page 3 that stated: "Health Related Notices, Precautions for People With Weakened Immune Systems. Some people may be more vulnerable to contaminants in drinking water than the general population. People with weakened immune systems, may have undergone chemotherapy treatment, received organ transplants, suffer from HIV/Aids, or other immune disorders. Some elderly and infants can be particularly at risk from infection. People with these types of health challenges should seek advice about drinking water from their health care providers. There are studies that have been widely publicized and referenced to stating that tap water is as safe as bottled water such as the one put out by the Environmental Working Group based in Washington. EWG's study somehow came to a conclusion that tap water is as safe as bottled water. I personally contacted Rene Sharp the leader of that EWG study last year and asked her if she and her team were aware of the EPA warning to people with immune compromisations and she was not. I have seen this same study quoted throughout the year and used again by Elaine Shannon who now writes for EWG in a Huffington Post article posted this past July without any footnotes or addendums to the warning statements by municipal water companies but once again, it is very good and great press to say tap water is as safe as some bottled waters to get the consumer all in a fury. In her article, she actually gave a bottled water company called Aquamantra (that surpasses EPA requirements and safe for me to drink having gone through several passes of a 1 micron filtration system, ozone and ultra-violet to rid cryptosporidium and other harmful micro-organisms) an F grade because the researchers on the EWG are still quoting their faulty study from last year and not able to find the water purification, lab breakdown and source info on Aquamantra's site. I called EWG last week and again brought this to their attention and was told "they stand by their story"....how can they? it baffles me. There are several bottled water companies along with Aquamantra that actually surpass EPA standards because they spend the additional dollars to make sure their waters are clean, and yes they are more expensive because of their water processing and purification. I happened to choose Aquamantra because it is a local California water, it tasted better and comes in a biodegradable and recyclable bottle.

I bring this to your attention because the immune compromised, the elderly and infants are continually ignored and the general public is continually misinformed in tap vs bottled water saga and our numbers are large. While we don't ask for ramps on sidewalks or special toilet stalls, we deserve to get correct information as do the entire population so we can make informed choices. We cannot and should not drink municipal tap water. While it may not seem that this clarification is important enough to those reporting on this issue, to the immune compromised, it is our lives.

Huffington Post - Do you do your homework?

AQUAMANTRA loves being a water to talk about. Write about us, doubt us, call us names, and in the end... you're still talking about us. We're the company moving forward, taking risks and forging new thought into the future. The paradigm is changing and I wish journalists could figure that out, and check their facts- Please! Today I just happen to google us and I found a place our name came up, in an article by Elaine Shannon from the Huffington Post talking about Eco-chic? Or cheap chic? - which would have been a great insertion for the bold move of our stance on creating new biodegradable and recyclable bottles. Instead, I find her calling us the silliest water in a test created by the EWG- Environmental Working Group. They've done a survey on bottled water, Fabulous! Yeah, an F for Fabulous, cuz that's what they gave us! Even though under our Taste the Difference button it clearly stated how our water is filtered, from the spring and it even had our bottled water analysis- and if you actually google us you could find in FineWaters.com our analysis as well. Appears, we need to post the below paragraph on the back of our bottle in order to get a rating that is worthy of the EWG.

How is AQUAMANTRA created and filtered?
Our source Spring Water comes from Palomar Mountain Spring, near San Diego, California. Stainless steel tankers transport the water between the mountain and the production facility. The Natural Spring Water is transferred from the tanker through FDA and NSF approved channels, filtered through a one micron absolute filter to remove any single celled protozoan type microorganism, passed through a high intensity Ultra Violet light to destroy any bacteria,and then stored in stainless steel holding tanks. Prior to bottling the water is again treated with high intensity Ultra Violet light, filtered through a one micron absolute filter, Ozonated to sanitize the water, and filtered again with a 0.2 micron absolute filter.

She goes on to report : "Well, guess what. A bunch of humble, big-box-store, mass-market brands like Wal-Mart's Sam's Choice (B), Nestlé's Pure Life (B) and Ozarka (B), and Walgreens (C) scored best for disclosure and advanced treatment."

Seriously? or is that who paid the most money? Seems some things haven't changed. We love that Elaine Shannon called us silly, it is our goal to inspire people to live outside the boundaries of quote unquote reality. Silly is a great adjective for AQUAMANTRA, I'd rather be the company accused of that then affecting people's lives with bad water, which is what an F rating sounds like. However, that is not that case at all. And below is a letter from one of our advisors to the EWG, who did do her homework on our water let alone all kinds of waters. Is that what the internet has come to just empty facts of untruth? C'mon, we should have more value in what we write then just surface fluff. The scary thing is Elaine wrote this article this year, and this survey was done last year, which means that when she wrote her Eco-Shic? article, she had to have looked at our website and known that we launched the 1st EVER 100% Biodegradable and 100% Recyclable Bottle water that is not PLA, and didn't even include that in her article. And to think I really thought that the Huffington Post was a place I wanted to align with, knowing the background of Ms. Huffington herself -surely she would be proud of an entrepenuer who tried to change the bottled water landscape with a green bottle and excellent water. Instead, all we get noticed for is sillyness. Well, I hope the future is filled with more research filled and authentic journalist than slapsticks who take every SURVEY at face value without doing their homework...

Another slap on the forehead! Why do we even try? Because we can. What else is possible?

Here's the letter our Advisor wrote to the EWG:

Sharon Lindsey here and I knew that I recognized your name as I had spoken to you last year about the EWG study that I got on Google Alerts which analyzed bottled waters from different bottled water suppliers around the country. The overall conclusion of the study which you led, stated that tap water was as safe as bottled water. In our conversation I was curious to know if you and your research team were aware prior and during the study that many of the bottled waters you studied came from municipal water systems which carry the EPA warning statements for the immune compromised stating that it is important to consult your physician and health care provider before drinking municipal tap water because it may be harmful and even life-threatening. I clearly remember you were not aware at that time of this warning statement which is posted on 99.9 percent of municipal tap waters annual reports and websites and a large percentage of bottled waters that come from municipal water systems. Many of the bottled waters your reviewed also carry the same warning statement because it is not safe for the immune compromised to drink.

I am very disturbed to see that EWG is still perpetuating this same misinformation which was recently published on the Huffington Post in which Elaine Shannon used your studies to base her article and negatively rate companies such as Aquamantra giving the water an "F" grade. After I contacted you last year and realized that your study was flawed, I did exhaustive personal research on my own and I chose Aquamantra as a water for me to drink for the primary reason, IT IS SAFE TO DRINK FOR THE IMMUNE COMPROMISED, and a water which surpasses EPA standards. What a shame and a dis-service to your readers and the public who trust your work to not correct this error and omission.

Since finding Aquamantra, I have literally volunteered to try and help them clear this mis-information up as I this kind of reporting is disgraceful and in my personal experience, their product is stellar. The CEO of Aquamantra forwarded me the blog article from Ms. Shannon and I did not put all the pieces together until now. If nothing else, I believe Aquamantra is owed a retraction as the comments in the Huffington Post are of defaming nature. Ms. Shannon can have her opinion about the Mantras on the water which is clearly her opinion, but studies conducted by Dr. Emoto showed that the energy of thought can permeate the molecular structure of water and other living organisms...such as the studies Norman Cousins conducted on psychonueroimmunology ( the mind-body connection, what we think can negatively or positively effect our bodies) at the UCLA School of Medicine. I conducted several workshops based on "positive thought" and upon the recommendation of Mr. Cousins for patients hospitalized in UCLA's eating disorder unit in the 80's with great success. The field of Pyschonueroimmunology is now widely accepted in the medical world, especially in the field of cancer recovery. While I am sure that Norman Cousins was doubted by others for his own personal experience of healing his illness through laughter and positive thoughts, he had the ability to scientifically prove it at one of the leading universities in the world and become the pioneer of the science of the mind-body connection.

In closing, I hope that future articles and studies released by EWG, contain information that is more accurate and based on the diligent attempts to uncover and disseminate detail and truth.

What's the Recycle-ution? A revolution of change - caring about our planet

We all must care about the planet we decided to inhabit on right? WRONG. Some of us work extra hard to educate, motivate and share the impact of recycling and then there's lots of us who think that littering is still okay? Are these people for real?

This Monday the 21st there's a world wide event - a live broadcast and docu-film about The Age of Stupid - Will people in the future call our time the age of stupid? Or will humanity find a solution to the world’s most urgent problem? You decide! Check out the website http://www.ncm.com/Fathom/OriginalPrograms/AgeofStupid.aspx and find a theater near you to watch it. This is a fabulous way to educate the masses and I hope it works. One of my other favorite films is Idiocracy, as comical as it is, it seems this is how humanity thinks... straight stupid.

I'm going to share the story of how I started a campaign to educate about recycling and its evolution into a movement, that hopefully will have an impact on our planet in a positive capacity. I happen to live in a gorgeous neighborhood, near Dana Hills High School. Every year a new crop of students park in front of my home, where they smoke and hide from the school narcs and jet off to school. And every year I get upset because they just litter on the ground, plastic bottles. This a giant pet peeve of mine, seeing as I moved mountains to be the first company to have biodegradable bottles - not wanting to be part of the mounds of plastic bottles litter in the landfills. These teenagers, unconsciously or anti-consciously as I like to call them just drop their trash on the ground, as if someone else is going to pick it up for them. What they don't realize is that it ends up in the ocean and kills far more than just creatures. Last year I had an idea to make a video with the local high school about recycling, I felt if they actually made the film then they might actually care about their school and the grounds around it when their done. I spoke to friend of mine, Gina Rene and asked her to share her gift of amazing vocals by writing a song about Recycling. How lucky was I? She said yes, and I shared my vision of a world where people become the movement of change, picking up bottles and recycling them not just throwing them in the trash. Gina wrote this song alright, she kicked ass on it! The coolest hippest song I've ever heard about recycling ( you can download it free at www.aquamantra.net/iamthesolution.html ) and hence the journey began. I reached out for people to help make the video, as the high school didn't have room in the curriculum to produce it. Time moved on and much happened within our company and we never made the video. Recently though, Gina and I have teamed up to bring the message out to the youth. She's performing at the Abbot Kinney Festival Sept. 27th in Venice, California at the little kids stage at 1:00pm and we're going to shoot a preliminary video there to start the motion. Now where does that leave us?

As I walked my dogs tonight around the neighborhood, I saw not one or two plastic bottles on the ground, I saw at least 15! Really people? Are you so lazy that you can't even put your beverage empty in the trash? Are we really a nation of such stupidity that we think a "Trash-Fairy" is going to come and pick it up for us? This is the kind of observation of humanity that takes me BEYOND- Beyond my own comprehension in 2009, where people are so oblivious that they actually believe throwing it on the ground is a solution. All I can hope for is that through movements like our Recycle-ution campaign ( check out http://www.aquamantra.com/ for updates) and movies like The Age of Stupid and people talking to teenagers, that we clean up our act, for the planet's sake. She's done so much for us and asked so little in return. For crying out loud, even my dog picks up plastic bottles!

TIME TO FIND YOUR JOY!

When do you actually stop and take inventory of your happiness? Have you ever? Is it something that you have ever even thought about? I'm going to share my most recent experience that created an amazing shift for me and hopefully, it will help you question where's your bliss?

My company AQUAMANTRA is all about creating your reality. We are the creators by what we think, what we say and how we react. Whether we can go with the flow or we fight it all the way? I've always been an optimist, and will gladly admit that sometimes the glass is overflowing for me... I like it that way. Recently, some things have been happening however, that have given me grave reason to question what is it I'm creating for myself? I've never actually had any issues with money as in receiving it, but recently I noticed a pattern of people not paying me back, people not performing as promised, people lying about what is happening. It started about 3 months ago, and since then it has made my job/life that much more challenging. Keep my little company moving forward has been a lifetime of challenges, a choice you make an entrepreneur forging the way.. not really knowing the right way, just the way moving forward. So when you introduce new people who are supposed to support you into your mix, and they don't do what they promised, then you have to watch over them and support them and train them and educate them, on top of an already challenging job. I didn't actually take into account my happiness in all of this. I was beginning to get very frustrated with everyone, including my husband even though he had nothing to do with any of this. Last week, I had to take a closer look at what I was creating, why was I creating this? And most importantly, how can I shift this so I'm not attracting these people or experiences to me.

I've had the privilege of listening to Wendy Kennedy who channels a collective of light being called the Pleadians. They usually have good information to listen to so I took some time to download the 2 hour free radio program on the radio show Journey's with Rebecca : http://www.journeyswithrebecca.com/archives_09.html - and what I learned on there, was not entirely new information for me, yet the delivery was profound because I was ready to receive it. She talked about how life is layed out like a harp and each chord represents a different 'frequency' or vibration that we are vibrating to. When we are on the lower chord, that is what people, places and experiences we're willing to receive. When we're on the higher chords or frequency's that is what we'll receive and we are the only ones who can generate that shift. I know its just that easy... I guess I just needed to receive the awareness that I HAD to make the shift or my life was going to keep attracting drama. The drama actually started for me in February when an awnry person in my organization tried to create a coo and kick me out of my own company I generated. She attacked me, my skills and my efforts and created a sense of unrest and mistrust within my organization. I spent the last 4 months, trying to make everyone happy by bringing other people in to help and in the process, lost any joy in my creating because I was deferring my potency to others. Its no fun when people blame you for their own insecurities, I see now my mistake was allowing that energy to permeate into my organization and my experiences. So now... I am listening to the download and it talks about manifestation. Imagine a sky scraper and we're on the the rooftop. When we want to manifest something we hold in our hands a boomerang that is our vision, mine is to align with people who want to take our company to the next level and who want to make this world a better place than when they arrived. So I toss out my boomerang and wait for universe to bring it back. But what happens? People throw accusations at you, you start to question what your own dream is, you might work harder and do everything you can to please everyone ( which by the way never works!) and then... you look up and you're on the 32 floor. The boomerang comes back as promised and your stuck on the 32 floor, saying where is it Universe? Where's my dream? And then you have to get back up there and throw the boomerang again. So what the Pleadians recommend is to raise your frequency, how do we do that? Find our joy, find what makes us happy and do that. For reals? That's all we have to do? That can't be that hard... so I stopped and took a moment to do an inventory of what brings me joy and what I discovered was that I didn't even know what brings me joy anymore. I have been working my whole life, dedicated to making a difference but hadn't stopped to find out what it was for me? Get your pads out and start writing you'll be surprised. Then its no wonder we're not getting everything we want, our frequency is on that lower chord dishing us crap cuz that's what we're creating! If its not rewarding, why the f@! are we doing it? So the next day after I discovered this, I was dedicated to my Joy. I woke up and let my puppies jump in bed and hug and kiss me for 15 minutes. I soaked in the pure unconditional love and allowed it to permeate through all of me. Then I thought of 5 things I'm grateful for and really got into the space of that, so grateful. I was committed to finding my joy. If I have joy, then whatever happens outside of me can't drag me down because I am spreading love and happiness around me, how does it get any better than that? The next day I worked, and there was some stress but I focused on being happy and just bringing joy to even that accomplishing, cleaning up the mess that had been created by the people who attempted to work for us. Then comes labor day weekend. We had no plans and not a lot of money, but by Thursday I had plans for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Saturday, I told my friends my job that day was to find my joy! It started out on my friends patio sipping mimosas and eggs Benedict with Salmon. We meandered over to a little boat to cruise the harbor, the sun was deliciously soaking us up while we scooted around the harbor. We saw Sea Lions right next to us, jumping fish and jelly fish swimming all around us. Later we jumped in the ocean and swam around I was definitely finding my joy, as you can see the big smile on my face in the picture. I had a moment where it looked a bit challenging to get hoist myself back in the boat with no landing on the back. I sat in the water and held on the edge, pondering what it would take to get me in the boat easily. Just then a speed boat scooted by us and created a few waves, my captains, cursed the guy and got upset, while I stayed present in my awareness and thought, I'm going to use the gravity of the wave to hoist my big ole booty in the boot. Everyone was focused on that boat and launched myself with the help of the amazing water, right into the boat. They said he was rude I was grateful. My joy frequency was working for me! We cruised around, we picked up dinner and had the most amazing feast! The next day I watched a movie I had wanted to see for a long time, then cruised down to the Del Mar race track for some races and a free Ziggy Marley concert - which was a full house of love and peace energy. I'm going to be riding this wave a lot longer and promise to remind myself daily, is this rewarding? or bringing me joy? Or is this dragging my frequency down? I highly suggest you listen to the download and make an inventory of what brings you happiness. Its really quite simple and funny if you think about it. Hmmmm. Do things that make me happy and bring joy to the things that you don't necessarily love to do. How we approach it, is how we will receive it! Man, I must've said it 50 times this weekend. I Love my life... It's been a while since I said that. THANK YOU Mrs. P

Recently I was introduced to ACCESS Consciousness which you can read about in my blogs. Then I was introduced to BARS- oh holy cow! There are 32 bars or activation points in your head that by allowing the energy to flow through these bars releases the electrical charge that holds all the considerations, thougths, ideas and beliefs, decisions, emotions and or attitudes you have ever stored or decided were important in any and all lifetimes. Running Bars allows us the potentional we have always known we had and yet had not been able to attain. You're whole life can change from one bars session, which will release 5 - 10,000 years of thoughts, feelings, ideas, beliefs, etc...

I learned how to and am a facilitator of running bars. If anyone in the Orange County Area is looking to have this done, I'm available for $150 a session. It is my pleasure and my desire to help as many people as I can to have more ease and space and consciousness in and with your body. I hope your thirsty my dear friends of AQUAMANTRA. I have so many goodies to share with you in this newsletter, that you are going to want to keep this one for a while! I am grateful for your patience with me, as this newsletter is a few months behind... as with anything, as our time speeds up so does the ability to accomplish everything we used to be able to do. Now we have to be more selective about what our choices are. I choose to only write to you with impactful information that can help you, not just to get our name out there with another email for your in-box, believe me when I say I appreciate a good newsletter, worth reading.

This newsletter is divinely paramount because recently I attended what I am calling my break through in the ability to access consciousness and for those of you that know my story, I've done a lot of exploring... and now, I'm going to share with you how it will get better for all of us. First, I want to share with all of our authentic supporters, fans and lifestyle members that we have answered the call and if you haven't heard already we are going to be releasing the first ever in the world, 100% biodegradable and recyclable bottles coming sometime in May. Last year I made a statement to myself that I wanted AQUAMANTRA to be the first company to release these bottles. I sent the thought out, went on my quest and then lost sight of it a bit to focus on theimagratefulproject.org which raises money for malnourished children in the U.S. Around January I was told to contact a company called ENSO Bottles through someone in our company. Simultaneously, ENSO found AQUAMANTRA in Arizona and bought a bottle, wanting to align with us excited by the mission and direction of our company and voila (wink, wink)... we are the first company to release to the public and in Whole Foods, the bottle.

Well... at the conscious life expo this March, we had the extreme pleasure of interacting with a couple of amazing ladies by the name of Summer and Rikka. They were doing what is called "bars" on people for donation, which required me to lie down on a massage table while they put their hands on my head for about 15-30 minutes, a highly pleasurable experience. When I got up, I was higher than a kite in a most enjoyable way, I almost couldn't even complete a sentence... the space I was in was amazing and I really didn't want to come back down to this 'reality' if you will... but when I did, one of the guys working the booth said, "Did you like it?" my mouth opened, I'm not quite sure if anything came out, it was open like you do when you're in a positive outrageous shock, "uh...yeah!" I finally said with super duper enthusiasm... "More, more!" I was thinking and he said, okay say this then... "How does it get better than this?" and I knew he meant ask that question, but didn't really grasp what it meant. Now I live about 4 hours away, and yet somehow I made a good enough reason for me to get up to that class and what I learned to start there inched me closer to opening up my portal of greatness, which I will share with you. I learned about how our bodies have their own consciousness, like my new puppy Layla

and I would never think ill or wrong of her if she wasn't thin enough or too fat, or ate a plastic bottle, so why do I think that of my own body? And when I judge my body I am actually solidifying that information! When we judge we actually collapse the energetic flow to us. So when I say I don't like that pudgey spot, I'm actually telling my body that the pudgey spot exists, keep it and don't let go! Holy cow... are you kidding! I also learned the Mantra of ACCESS which is to say as often as you can, "ALL OF LIFE COMES TO ME WITH EASE AND JOY AND GLORY" and by God, the universe and source energy - ain't that the truth! So I tested it out along with the phrase "How does it get better than this?" and I am uber excited to share with you my results. I took my new tools to the Natural Products Expo West Show in Anaheim, where all the who's who of natural and organic products show up, and every where I went I shared my new found tools... If you ask a question of the universe, it has to answer! If I ask it "what else is possible?" it has to answer and it opens the flow of energy up. If we answer our own questions, we are actually shutting down the flow of energy. To show this point do this, right now... say " I have always had more money than I know what to do with" which has been a mantra I've been saying for some time now. Feel the energy of that statement, we want it to exist and yet, it doesn't feel as solid or real because we are knowing it doesn't exist. Now: Say, "what would it look like if I had more money than I know what to do with?" how does that feel? Do you see how that opens up the flow of energy? And "what would it look like if all my bills were paid in full?" How awesome would that be? And "what would it look like if I had enough money to take all my friends on vacation?" etc, etc... I got a little carried away and that is the point, you start to get excited about the possibility of what is coming, the universe can answer... although you don't have to answer those questions... answering closes the flow, you're job is to keep asking "What else is possible?" Are we having fun yet? I went to the show and whether I was at my booth or walking the floor, I was asking "how does it get better than this?" and when I thought to myself, I need to find someone who makes organic paper hang tags for my new ENSO bottles I remembered and said, " ALL OF LIFE COMES TO ME WITH EASE AND JOY AND GLORY" and I'm not kidding when I say the next day, as I'm running out of time to go find such a company, I was told a woman was waiting to speak to me. She says I have organic paper supplies and would like to talk with you, I almost dismissed her saying I didn't need her supplies at this time and she opened her display case to the next page and said, what about organic paper hang tags? I seriously, turned my head and started giggling. I apologized for my outburst of joy and then told her my story of wanting to find someone like her, and then I said " How does it get any better than this?" - Now most people when you say this, will say "It doesn't!" and like the losing sound of a game show - merr, merr... your energy flow stops! You don't need to answer, just keep asking the question what else is possible! This is how I relate to it, you know how every time you have sex its super great or at least just as or better than the last time , every time though? You remember that last time was awesome, but this time... well, it was pretty awesome too! When you keep asking "how does it get better than this?" it's like that better sex, when you consistently get the experiences that make you orgasmic! I have got my friends hooked, even my Roman Catholic Husband says, how does it get better than this? (in Polish!) Because we're all seeing the results... the FLOW is open and we can feel it. Instead of judging my situation whether good or bad, I just ask "what else is possible." AND it totally takes me out of the mind rat race of what happens after you judge a situation, right? "I didn't call that person back, shoot, now what is she going to think? Or now I have to make an excuse why I didn't call and I don't have time, blah, blah, blah..." instead say, "What else is possible?" and watch, that person most likely wasn't in the office and will call you at the perfect space in time, and might even offer you something you didn't expect. It's so fabulous! Now that's all I'm going to share for this newsletter from my toolbox. I will tell you that I was so intrigued after the Right Body Class that I really wanted to go to the Intro Class, more, more, more please... but it was the same weekend as the one my husband was planning our 9 year anniversary on. At the show, he came up to me and said "don't be upset, we can't do our anniversary this weekend, its not available until the following weekend" waiting for my disappointment, I giggled out loud asking " What else is possible?" and told him I really wanted to attend the access weekend. Which I did and let me tell you... I will NEVER go back to working so hard at existing. My life is better spent being and receiving ALL of LIFE, Easily and with Joy and Glory! The next weekend for my anniversary arrived and because we got bumped from the originally planned weekend, me and my husband ended up in a SUITE with butler service at a luxury resort and spa, with a whirlpool bath, an ocean view, an on and on... and you know what I said every time I was in supreme joy... as I giggled, "How does it get any better than this?" Because if it's this good and it could get better, you know I wanted to know!

AQUAMANTRA Award Winning Premium Bottled Water launches the world’s first 100% biodegradable-recyclable bottle at the Natural Products Expo West in Anaheim, CA in booth 4561.The AQUAMANTRA ENSO™ bottle will be available for shipment to store shelves in May 2009 and that is welcomed news to both retailers and consumers who have felt the pressure from environmental groups and consumers who are concerned about exploding landfills bulging with non-recyclable-compostable plastics. Research done by analysts at Morgan Stanley found that “23 percent [of consumers] say they are cutting back on bottled beverages in favor of tap water or beverages in containers that create less waste.”

AQUAMANTRA Founder and President, Alexandra Teklak has been on a comprehensive search since her company’s inception to find a bottle that compliments her Gold Award winning LOHAS brand and meets the needs of conscious consumers and retail partners who want creative solutions for the environmental crisis. “AQUAMANTRA strongly believes that consumers are entitled to choices as to what water they want to drink, which should include easy opportunities to be earth-friendly. I didn’t want to find just any solution, I wanted to find a solution that worked for everyone,” said Teklak.AQUAMANTRA consultants and advisors investigated many alternatives including a PLA (cornstarch) bottles and found that it wasn’t a viable solution for the public; not easy to dispose of and not necessarily the best solution to erasing carbon footprints. The reality is that water has to be packaged in a bottle that will not disintegrate on the store shelf in 1-2 years, and that is an issue with the PLA bottle. We investigated the “Oxy- degradables”, but there were “big ifs” surrounding it such as an adequate amount of exposure to sunlight for degradation which is not likely in a landfill. Finally, after searching for the right company we found ENSO™, who was developing a form of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) which could be recycled and biodegrades within 1-5 years, essentially a form of plastic that enables microbes to eat the bottle as dinner,” stated Teklak.

The AQUAMANTRA ENSO™ bottles do not leach plastic, are not PLA, are not oxo-degradable, and is a FDA approved “food grade” PET 1 bottle. These bottles maintain the same properties as traditional PET and can be intermingled with standard PET in recycling streams and programs. When the bottles end up in a microbial landfill, (80% of them are) the bottle will break down within 1-5 years into inert biomass and biogas through either an anaerobic (no oxygen, no light) or aerobic decomposition. ENSO™ bottles used by AQUAMANTRA are validated through third party ASTM (Associated Standards and Testing Materials) standard tests, an international standards organization. “At ENSO™ Bottles, we are excited to work with AQUAMANTRA. Their awareness and concern for the environment aligns very well with ENSO’s environmental mission and provides their customers with not only water with a purpose, but also earth friendly packaging.” said Danny Clark, founder of ENSO Bottles. “This is the product that consumers have been waiting for. Water as seen by Daily Om

First let me start off by saying that Daily OM rules! If you don't know about them, or you don't subscribe to them, this is my personal recommendation. Their wisdom and insight rocks and really keeps your focus on what is important. On this particular day, our friends at Daily Om write the following:

Our bodies are over fifty percent water, so it makes sense that human beings have always considered water to be a sacred source of life and healing. It is literally half of who we are, and well over half of the earth’s surface is water. Water cleanses and hydrates, contains and produces nourishment, and when we enter it, holds us in an embrace that leaves no part of us untouched. Meditating with water can be a powerful way of aligning ourselves more fully with this support system that makes life both possible and pleasurable on so many levels. We may wish to conduct our meditation while in physical contact with a body of water, whether in the intimacy of our bathtub or the vast container of an ocean. We might float on our backs in a swimming pool or sit with just our feet submerged in a pond or creek. On the other hand, we may simply close our eyes and choose a location based on our imagination. Whatever we choose, we can begin by closing our eyes and listening to our breathing.

At the same time, we tune in to the particular music of the water we have chosen—the loud rushing of a river or waterfall, or the surreal silence of the world beneath the surface of the ocean. We might consider how the type of water we choose reflects what we seek—the peace beneath the hectic surface of life, the cleansing power of a river racing through a canyon, or the mood lifting, melodic bubbling of a lively creek. As we move between awareness of our breath and awareness of the water in which we find ourselves, we can begin to release the things we no longer need into the rushing river, or release ourselves completely into the water’s embrace as we float, in our minds, in the watery womb of an ocean or a lake. When you feel you are ready to return to more solid ground, ease your body back onto earth, in your mind or in reality, and lie flat on your back, allowing the water to bead and roll off your skin, soaking the earth and evaporating into the air, leaving you cleansed, healed, and renewed.

Water is the essence of who we are and the magic that lies within the water, is what we are made of. Have respect for the water and the sacredness that it offers us. I've heard some people put their water between the pages of a book overnight, to absorb that information into their body, through water.

Manifest your Greatness!

Recently, I was a guest of the AGAPE LIVE REVELATIONS conference with Reverend Michael Bernard Beckwith and his remarkable and amazing team of talent. The title of the conference was Quantum Quickening and it felt to me as if they were directing the conference for me, the way the information came across. I can't speak for you, but I'm going to share a little bit about my experience and I hope it will help you because the trinkets of knowledge, opened up my soul, cleared my space out and brought me back to the realness of how much I love my life and how lucky I am to be here, sharing this moment with you. There is an abundance of joy and love dancing around my heart and I hope you can feel it as I write this blog.

Note: that I am not writing all of this information as my own, but I am paraphrasing from my notes of the accumulation of all that I learned this week, all in part to AGAPE's event.

The first evening was an intro to the conference and the Reverend spoke about how each of us is a quantum burst of light, available to create infinite possibilities which can happen in an instantaneous shift. The world we want, the existence we want and the creation we want exists in, imagine another dimension, but it exists right now. If we can raise our frequency up and move into the NOW, we can make that leap into the higher consciousness. He pointed out that you can't make lead turn into gold, unless you have a spec of gold so make sure you speak into the possibility, it already exists. Talk about what it is like to be prosperous, or whole or healthy or complete or loved. For example, "When AQUAMANTRA becomes the number one selling water in the world, our consciousness will be at a level of pure love and light."

A common theme throughout the weekend, which was also very significant to me with my past experience of breaking my leg, being house bound and not mobile; was Pay Attention to what you're focusing on. We are a holographic expression of what we think about, we are NOT the condition that currently surrounds us. So what's the payoff for staying at the same level? Some of us are fighting the condition that is happening to us. For example, I broke my leg in the middle of a lot of crucial business moments for me. While I was healing, I was trying to get out of that space, I was in a hurry to get well and get back to my life as I knew it. I didn't want to surrender to being broken, I didn't want to be in that space at all, and really it wasn't until a few weeks ago, when the doctor said I could finally put some weight on my leg that I actually, started to recognize that I had to be in that space to move forward. Too much time is spent avoiding what is uncomfortable and yet, the beauty lies right there in the wisdom of the uncomfortable, as it is a trampoline into a new understanding of what we've learned. And now you can also share your experience with others. The experience is nothing if doesn't enhance and enlighten, EVERYONE's life.

They must've said it hundred different ways that the still space in the present moment is where the infinite possibilities live, if we can let go of the payoff, the attachment, the expectation, then and only then will you receive the miracle instant demonstration of truth. What does that mean? In the quiet space of you, when you meditate, when you come from love, when you make choices from your heart center, when you are 100% present and you are not cluttered with decisions or choices (i.e.financial, business or stress), this is the space with which God or Spirit can move through you and as Eckart Tolle says on page 211 of A New Earth "Something will then come forth from that dimension into this world, something of infinite value that otherwise would have remained unmanifested." This is the Quantum Quickening. When you can live in your being as an open spirit, not tainted by problems, divinity can then and only then work through you. Divinity can't work through us if we are clogged with worry, doubt or fear, its like the access or gateway to us is closed. If we use the breath and we are in our body, we are connected to the quantum field, and here it just happens we don't have to try!

Get it? We don't have to try? Think of your favorite hobby or sport, when you are enjoying the moment and loving your present, amazing things happen. The lesson here is BE in that state all the time and you will have endless access to your very own higher consciousness.

We had the privilege of hearing the 81 year old amazing David Hawkins who was a hoot and an inspiration. He said, " to be enlightened, let go of wanting to have it your way with the world and be a witness - just witness all the phenomena, then eventually be the witness of your own mind." WOW. Again, another simple concept - just witness, but that's pretty hard for some of us. We want to control and push life the way we see it or it should be, but each moment I was in this conference I moved closer to the fact that we ARE each moment, we are life, why are we trying to convert perfection into something that most likely won't be as magical, as if we just left it alone. Hawkins went on to say that the impact you have on the world is the consequence of NOT what you do, but what you ARE or that which you have become. Become your own infinite potential, then you can fulfill the intention of God. His main point was this, write it down, look at it, ingrain this in your mind creators:

"Be loving and kind to all of life and all of its expressions."

He said, "all our problems are manufactured from our imagination." Spiritual evolution means to intuit that your actual reality is not the content of your consciousness - but consciousness itself.
Consciousness becomes the background of ISNESS. Once you let go trying to control everything you can see that everything operates on its own, there is no cause because everything is happening spontaneously, autonomously for that which it is - it merely is that which it is. Following simplicity- allowing everything to be as it is - everything is in divine order, witness the phenomena of everything happening on its own. It is only the core of our EGO which is the narcissism that wants to claim credit and or blame. Again, the way to enlightenment is to be loving to all things at all times. As you become cordial and loving, the world becomes more cordial and loving. He used the example, a gardener doesn't try to pry open a rose to make it sprout its soft pedals, a tree doesn't try to grow and the seasons don't take lessons on how to evolve.

Again, simplicity. I know we all know this and have heard this information before if we are on the consciousness journey, but let's really soak it in. Come from love and you will get love. If all of us are being loving we are raising consciousness together. Hawkins used the example of the sea level being consciousness and everyone else, they are the ships on the sea. When we come from love and become an ocean of benevolence, we send it out to all of life and we raise the level of the sea, consequently raising the level of the ships. He said that one person coming from the heart center, with pure intentions counterbalances 50 negative people! He calibrated us at the conference, 1100 of us, he said our group counterbalanced 65 million people! How amazing is that!

A question was brought up about how can we solely come from love when we hear of such injustices in the world like darfur or south central? The panel of speakers responded in a way I believe we can understand, or at least I can. If you see the news and you respond with sadness, frustration or anger know that this is the intent and energy field you are sending out. Now we will have to counterbalance you! Instead, view the material from a space of love sending loving energy to the situation, knowing that it is being handled with the highest good, and your energy will reach the people that are making a difference. For example, when the news showed the major recall on beef, showing the videos from PETA of how they treat those animals, I burst into tears because I couldn't fathom how we as humans could kill animals who were consciousness. I went through a wave of emotion, I was sad, then I was bitter and angry at those people and then I thought, what can I do to stop this? That thought became so overwhelming that I accepted that there are those individuals who dedicate their life to creating a better environment with those animals and I sent them my loving support. Back to Love Everything and Everyone, raising the level of the consciousness sea. We can make a difference, just by being who we are!
Wrapping up I want to invite you to live in your higher consciousness. Your dreams are your NUMBER ONE priority. Say to yourself:
"My dreams are the most important and I stand in my light always, no matter what! I come from love and I see the beauty and the love in everyone."

As I was sitting in the audience, after most people had left I was waiting around for guided action, to get up because I was just enjoying being ONE with all that is. A woman walked up to me and handed me a penny, I said thank you and then melted in the miracle that we are all one. On every penny are the words, IN GOD WE TRUST. Every time I see a penny I pick it up or I admire it and in that present moment I am grateful for all that I am, because its like GOD is talking to me. In that silent moment she handed me a penny, and I became so present to the fact that I was completely connected to the divine and I was completely connected to the love that I AM.

Lawmakers Can't Seem to Get it Right!

I use google headlines to keep up on bottled water news, and unfortunately why my voice needs to be heard on this issue is because lawmakers are making news with nonsense. Read this below:

Lawmaker to make green arguments hold water By Brian LockhartStaff Writer

State Rep. Beth Bye was unable to persuade lawmakers to ban bottled water from the Capitol, but the West Hartford Democrat now is in charge of finding ways to conserve.

House Speaker James Amann, D-Milford, asked Bye to head a new task force charged with suggesting ways state employees can consume less water, paper and electricity.

"I think you have to lead by example," Amann said. "The only way we're going to make other people 'go green' is to have them see leadership starting from the state."

I think this is quite humorous. Leading by example. Hmmmm? Do I really want to follow this idiocracy? What planet am I on? Once again we have lawmakers working on the intent to ban water, ohhhhhhh and save 250 bottles of water, yeah! What are we saving bottles for? Why don't these lawmakers get a clue and just recycle? Save the hassle, save the headache and oh, here's an idea? put a recycling container there and make some money for your state. Lead by example by creating more resources, rather than just banning the beverage all together.

At the end of this article it says,

Bye said she did not win a bottled-water ban (THANK GOD) but succeeded in persuading House Democrats to drink from the tap. She bought a portable water cooler with a spigot for the capitol basement and volunteered to refill it. "I had to go a couple of times a day during the session, up and down," Bye said. "People aren't used to seeing legislators with carts doing physical labor. But in two days, we saved over 250 water bottles."

Well, that sure seems like a good use of our tax paying dollars doesn't it? Once again, it just points our where the brilliance is in our government is, ABSENT! I'm sure I've stated it before but there's a 114 Million dollar fund, or at least there was last year in California and each city can utilize those funds for recycling in their own city. FREE MONEY for a BIG PROBLEM. FREE MONEY, to make the consumers the heros and not the bad guys. So if our officials are so smart, why are they wasting our money trying to find a solution, which STINKS; drinking crappy, pharmaceutical filled, large moleculed, chlorinated and florinated TAP WATER? Hmmmm. Or I can pick up a beautiful bottle of my favorite choice of water, because it's healthy for me and I love the yummy crisp clear flavor of AQUAMANTRA, but as conscious consumer I recycle it. Easy as 1-2-3. Am I missing something here? Why is this so hard?

I am an AQUARIUS and a Humanitarian and a Visionary. I'm not sorry for speaking my voice. I am here to ruffle the feathers and make people think. We are not drones and we are not living in a communist society, or at least we don't think so. So why does our government think its okay to ban the beautiful elixir of life, water because its in a plastic bottle? MMMMMMMMMMM> would Coke have a problem if you banned Coke from the Federal building? Do we need to build a lobby for saving the planet to help get this message to them? Do we need to pay them to think the right way?

Why is the word RECYCLE SO HARD???

Seriously! I am trying to send love and peace to the solution of why plastic bottles have become an issue. Not soda bottles, not shampoo bottles, but the beloved Water Bottle. The one that is the healthiest solution for everyone. I just learned today that there is an upscale high school in LA that is banning the kids from bringing plastic bottles of water to school... SERIOUSLY! Is this for real? Now the constitution doesn't matter, you can't bring water with you? Is it really that? I was told it was because they are trying to go green? Black is more like it! Green? Try recycling? Do you know how many products can be made out of recycled products? Do you know how many people recycle? Why is that? Because the stores, the government, the schools, and eVeryone don't want to spend the money to buy recycling containers! Seriously! So that sounds good, a ban, let's just ban it. Instead of teaching the children a way to be sustainable and help the environment, let's just make their life difficult, make'em drink tap water, so they get giardia, yeah! That's green. Seriously! Someone HELP! DOES ANYONE know anyone in the press who I can speak to? Anyone know the Governor? Anyone know a solution? Its as if the obvious is not so obvious... So sad... who's unconscious now...

Natural PLA (Plastic) Waste of Time

Along with being a conscious consumer and the creator of conscious water, I am always seeking new ways to make our "plastic" better. The number one complaint we get from people is about the plastic. But why is it our fault that the average consumer can't recycle their own plastic? For one, there's no recepticles that easy to find and number two the average consumer is not as conscious as we'd like to believe. I heard about PRIMO launching its new natural Bottle made of PLA, plants they say. So I called the manufacturer and spoke with a representative of the PLA Preforms. I asked him how we could use the preforms for our products and here's what I was told: 1. Your company isn't big enough to use the Natural Product, which is by the way Corn. This is no different than BIOTA water. 2. Unless we purchase 2 Million preforms a month, we are in no way allowed to use this natural resource. Why? Because a regular recycler cannot recycle these PRIMO bottles. They have to have set up special recycling programs specifically for these bottles, because they are compostable. So now, the inspiration to use non-plastic bottles creates more upheaval on our planet, as if the poor corn isn't ruining our environment with the excess of ethenol, its now not recyclable either. Which is great for the unconscious consumer right? 3. How can we solve this problem? RECYCLE? Why is it the government isn't getting involved in providing more recycling cannisters? More systems? Do you know how much we can do if we recycle? So don't be hate'n the plastic people, be part of the solution and not the problem. Create your own recycling programs, its a great way to fundraise and create a more sustainable planet. Until then, we will continue to search for the best possible solution for your water, AQUAMANTRA, inside and out! Peace!

Tap water sucks! You can't make me.

I LOVE MY AQUAMANTRA , is all I can say. Mostly, we drink spring water with the labels of Aquamantra I AM LOVED, LUCKY or HEALTHY on it. Our water cooler broke. We have to drink water even though drinking from the tap is something not even my dogs can do. A friend of mine gave me a filter to put on the faucet that is supposed to clear chlorine, etc. Which I'm sure it does, but the taste of it? Well, I might as well go lick my tires! Even cold. I thought, I'd give this a try. I mean environmentalist and bottle-haters make a stink of it, so what if I couldn't have my Aquamantra? I put the tap water in the Aquamantra bottles and refridgerated them. Still ick. Then I added some hydrating drops I got at a show, to give it a more micro-cluster. Still ick. Then I added ph additives, for a different batch. And all the while... my mouth is feeling fuzzy. Almost like I was growing fuzz on the inside of my mouth, the sides of my tongue are hurting and it feels disgusting! Is this what they want us to do? Its not merely a matter of sacrificing, its a matter of f'n hygeine! SORRY, but ... I'd rather pay high for delicious natural spring water than have a fuzzy mouth for trying to stay hydrated. Just my 2 cents.
